Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals across a range of cleaning functions, responsible for maintaining the hotel’s overall appearance and cleanliness. They feel empowered to stay active and do what needs to be done at any given moment—whether responding to guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or handling other responsibilities. Guest Environment Experts ensure that hotel spaces enable guests to enjoy an outstanding experience. Regardless of your specific position, several fundamentals are essential to success: ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 pounds without assistance).
