Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** experience as a general cook. * Experience in preparing **traditional Peruvian dishes OR ceviche**. * Knowledge of preparing appetizers, soups, fish, seafood, and fried foods. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. * Orderliness, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities * Prepare dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Ensure quality, presentation, and flavor of each dish. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation. * Monitor proper use of ingredients and minimize waste. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
