




Position Summary: Responsible for managing guest check-in and check-out, coordinating services and activities, and supervising room status to ensure an optimal guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of guest arrivals and departures 2. Coordination of services and experiences during the stay 3. Supervision and reporting of room status * Review arrivals, departures, number of guests, room types, and included services in the PMS. * Receive operational information for each reservation: estimated arrival time, requirements, and booked experiences. * Verify that the room is clean, equipped, and ready prior to check\-in. * Welcome and guide guests upon arrival. * Manage operational check\-in and check\-out without handling payments. * Address stay-related requests and coordinate their resolution. * Coordinate breakfasts, lunches, or other included services with the restaurant. * Organize guided tours of the hacienda house and corresponding full-day activities. * Coordinate schedules with guides, the restaurant, housekeeping, and other involved staff. * Supervise room status and availability. * Report incidents, special requests, damages, or maintenance needs. * Keep the owner and Hineni informed about the progress of arrivals, stays, and departures. Salary: S/.850\.00 \- S/.1,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
