Collaborate in implementing innovative solutions. ***PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY*** Hergonsa, a Peruvian construction company specializing in educational infrastructure, laboratories, and nationwide infrastructure projects, is seeking qualified professionals to advance digital solutions, automation, internal applications, and AI-powered implementations. ***02 AI Solutions Developer Jr.*** **Requirements:** ✅ Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computing, or related fields. ✅ Up to 2 years of verifiable experience or projects in development, automation, data, or AI-based solutions. ✅ Practical knowledge of Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Git usage, and sound code management practices. ✅ Knowledge of Docker and environment deployment. ✅ Knowledge of Google Apps Script and automations on Google Workspace, MCP, connectors, skills, and/or plugins for tool integration and AI agents. ✅ Experience or knowledge of GCP, Google Workspace, or other cloud environments. ✅ Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. ✅ Ability to document progress, communicate updates, and explain technical solutions to non-technical users (optional). ***On-site Work\-Lima*** ***Application Process:*** Interested professionals must send their documented CV to seleccion@hergonsa.pe with the subject line: IA SOLUTION\-LIMA, including salary expectations and residential district in Lima.
