Job Summary: We are seeking Sales Promoters/Promotional Staff with customer service experience to promote products, conduct tastings, achieve sales targets, and support supervisors. Positive work environment I am currently looking for **Sales Promoters / Promotional Staff** to work in **East Lima and Central Lima (urban core)**. ***Requirements:*** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **6 months of experience** as a Promotional Staff, Sales Promoter, and/or Taster in the traditional trade channel. * Experience in customer service and direct public interaction. * Availability to perform **route-based work**, traveling across various points of sale. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from **8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.** * Saturdays from **8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** * Immediate availability. ***Responsibilities:*** * Visit assigned commercial establishments according to the established route. * Promote sales and introduce products at points of sale. * Conduct tastings and demonstrations as required. * Provide courteous service and product guidance. * Achieve established sales targets. * Follow up on customer orders and requests. * Report and refer inquiries, complaints, or returns to the appropriate department. * Support various activities as directed by the supervisor. ***Benefits:*** * Earnings of up to **S/ 1,930 monthly**, paid via honorarium receipt. * **Base salary: S/ 1,130** * **Transportation allowance: S/ 300** * **Sales bonus starting at S/ 500** * Timely payments. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and career path.
