Industrial Engineer **Company:** New Rousse Import **Location:** Villa El Salvador **Salary:** S/ 1,900 to S/ 2,000 per month **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site About Us We are **New Rousse Import**, a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience in the textile industry, dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of bedspreads, blankets, comforters, sheets, and other home products. As part of our growth, we are currently looking for an **Industrial Engineer with completed university studies** for our **Villa El Salvador** branch. We seek an analytical, organized, and proactive individual capable of overseeing production operations, preparing reports, and proposing improvements to optimize our processes. Responsibilities * Prepare and present daily production reports. * Record and monitor production inputs and outputs. * Conduct inventories of products, materials, and supplies. * Maintain up-to-date production and inventory records. * Analyze daily production and identify variances or incidents. * Develop production and operations indicators. * Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel. * Track material and supply consumption. * Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Administration departments. * Identify deficiencies in production processes. * Propose and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. * Support internal process organization and standardization. * Present information and results to Administration/Management. Requirements * Completed university studies in **Industrial Engineering**. * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience in preparing reports and indicators. * Knowledge of inventory management and production control. * Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities. * Organizational skills and results orientation. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. * Availability to work on-site in Villa El Salvador. Schedule **Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** Compensation **S/ 1,900 to S/ 2,000 per month**, depending on candidate’s experience and profile.
