Identify risks, prepare reports, and focus on continuous improvement A leading company in the gastronomy sector is currently seeking 1 Quality Auditor (Restaurant Sector) to strengthen operational control across our restaurant units. We have openings in Lima, targeting analytical, organized professionals with interest in restaurant-sector operational processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Conduct operational audits according to established guidelines, schedules, and checklists. * Verify compliance with operational processes at points of sale, warehouses, and production facilities. * Review physical inventories and compare them with system records. * Observe staff practices in stores and identify deviations from internal policies. * Identify operational risks, anomalies, or non-compliances, documenting them with justification and evidence. * Prepare clear, structured audit reports focused on continuous improvement. * Record and upload information into designated systems or repositories. * Conduct periodic visits to various restaurant-sector locations. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Preferably 2 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, operational supervision, or similar roles in retail or restaurants. * Basic knowledge of auditing, inventory control, and operational processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level): functions, pivot tables, KPIs; macro usage is desirable. * Experience in data analysis and handling tools such as Power BI or similar.
