Job Summary: We are seeking an Institutional Development Manager to lead campus expansion, academic program development, and institutional growth within the Private Higher Education sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the expansion and growth of the educational institution. 2. Direct operations and commercial strategies for new academic programs. 3. Identify growth opportunities and strategic alliances. A private higher education corporate group is seeking an Institutional Development Manager – Higher Education**,** to lead the establishment of new campuses, the development of licensed academic programs, and the institutional growth of our institutes located in **Lima, Cañete, and Huaral**. We seek a professional with executive vision, leadership capability, and strong results orientation. ***Preference will be given to professionals with managerial experience in universities, higher education institutes, higher education schools, or private educational institutions.*** Main Responsibilities * Plan and execute the expansion strategy into new campuses and cities. * Oversee operations of current campuses, ensuring achievement of institutional objectives. * Design and implement commercial and promotional strategies to promote newly licensed academic programs. * Coordinate with academic, administrative, and marketing departments to increase student enrollment. * Identify growth opportunities, strategic alliances, and new educational market development. * Present management indicators and results to the General Management. Required Profile * University degree in Administration, Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in managerial or operational roles, primarily within multi-campus private educational institutions. * Strong planning, negotiation, and team leadership skills are essential, along with willingness and ability to travel between Lima, Cañete, and Huaral. Offered Conditions An initial monthly salary of **S/ 8,000** is offered, with the possibility of additional performance-based bonuses, goal-achievement incentives, and rewards earned during tenure.
