




Job Summary: An intermittent server with intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is required to deliver excellent customer service, prepare necessary equipment, and manage orders. Friendly and courteous interaction with customers and guests. 1 INTERMITTENT SERVER REQUIRED with Intermediate-to-Advanced English Schedule: Friday: 4:30 PM (works 8 hours + 45-minute break) Saturday: 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM (works 8 hours + 45-minute break) If needed during the week, you will also be required to work. Daily wage: S/. 60 + S/. 5 transportation allowance Benefits as per law. · Responsibilities: Prepare all necessary and essential equipment to deliver excellent customer service. Greet customers, inform them of available tables, provide menus, and take orders. Make wine, beverage, or special dish recommendations to customers with a service-oriented attitude and friendly demeanor. Ensure that your misan place is always up-to-date and adequately stocked (variety of teas, sugar, straws, salt, and pepper). Always use trays to carry food, beverages, etc. Enter orders into the computerized system. Remove soiled tableware, glassware, and cutlery from tables, clean them, and replace with clean linens, cutlery, and glassware. Always address customers and guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner; answering only direct questions related to service. Apply industrial and environmental hygiene and safety standards to prevent illness or accidents.
