Job Summary:
We are seeking an Intern for Procurement and Contracting to provide operational and technical support in identifying and analyzing commercial opportunities, reviewing documentation, and monitoring procurement processes.

3. Position Objective
To provide operational and technical support to the Procurement and Contracting Department in identifying and analyzing commercial opportunities, reviewing Terms of Reference (TOR) and Technical Specifications (TS), sourcing goods and suppliers, preparing quotations and comparative tables, and monitoring documentary procedures for procurement processes with public and private entities.
4. Main Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying and tracking procurement opportunities and acquisition processes.
* Review TOR, TS, bidding documents, quotations, and other procurement-related documentation.
* Identify technical, administrative, and economic requirements for each procurement need.
* **Assist in preparing quotations and economic proposals.**
* Assist in drafting emails and communications addressed to suppliers and entities.
* Assist in other commercial and administrative activities as required by the department.
5. Academic Qualifications
**Student** pursuing one of the following degrees:
* Administration.
* International Business.
* Industrial Engineering.
* Economics.
* Accounting.
* Law.
* Public Management.
* Related fields.
6. Desired Knowledge
* Public procurement.
* Electronic System for State Procurement (SEACE).
* Preparation and analysis of quotations.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Word and other Office tools.
* Proficiency in using internet search tools.
* Basic interpretation of technical datasheets and product specifications.
* Basic knowledge of cost and budgeting principles.
**Desirable:** Familiarity with Peruvian public procurement regulations.
