Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Auditor to oversee compliance with operational, administrative, and financial processes, ensuring internal control and proper resource management within the foodservice industry. At Basílica, we are looking for an Internal Auditor with experience in operational and financial control, as well as internal supervision within the foodservice and hospitality services sector. Job Objective To supervise and verify the proper execution of the company’s operational, administrative, and financial processes, ensuring appropriate internal control, resource management, and compliance with organizational standards. Main Responsibilities Conduct internal audits across Basílica’s various locations. Supervise and verify cash reconciliations, revenues, expenditures, and financial transactions. Validate proper handling of cash, POS systems, bank transfers, and sales documentation. Perform inventory control and reconciliation for products, supplies, warehouse stock, and tableware. Identify discrepancies, losses, surpluses, or inconsistencies in inventories and cash registers. Supervise operational and administrative processes across different departments. Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and company protocols. Monitor and analyze operational, financial, and internal control KPIs. Prepare audit reports, observations, and improvement plans. Track incidents and corrective actions. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, or operational supervision. Knowledge of cash reconciliations, financial control, and reconciliations. Experience in inventory, stock, and tableware control. Experience in developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs. Preferred experience in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, or other foodservice businesses. Proficiency in Excel and report generation. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Willingness to travel between locations. Working Conditions Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rotating shifts may be scheduled as required by operational needs. Compensation: S/ 1,700 to S/ 2,000, depending on experience. Meal card.
