Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Support Technician with strong problem-solving skills to join Alesstec, a company specializing in corporate infrastructure and technology solutions. At **Alesstec**, a company specialized in corporate infrastructure and technology solutions, we are looking to add a proactive, organized, and highly skilled problem-solving **IT Support Technician** to our team. **Your main challenges and responsibilities:** * **Hardware Support:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corporate PCs, laptops, and printers. * **Network Infrastructure:** Carry out structured cabling, RJ45 connector crimping, and physical connectivity diagnostics. * **Connectivity:** Perform basic configurations and deployment of routers, switches, and access points. * **Software:** Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate applications required by users. * **Systems and Servers:** Perform basic user and permission management in **Active Directory**, as well as provide support for local server configuration and status monitoring. **What we are looking for in you:** * Technical or university studies (completed or ongoing) in Computing, Informatics, Networking, Systems, or related fields. * Proven prior experience performing the duties described above. * Excellent attitude for corporate customer service and teamwork. * Availability to conduct on-site technical visits to our clients’ locations. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid company, working directly with corporate client infrastructure. * Continuous learning through real-world technology and networking projects. * A dynamic, professional, and results-oriented work environment. * A hybrid work model combining remote and on-site days. **How to apply:** Send your updated CV indicating your salary expectations to the email: **ventas@alesstec.com**, with the subject line: **Application \- IT Support Technician**.
