Job Summary: We are seeking an Itamae Assistant for a Nikkei restaurant to assist in maki preparation, supervise ingredient quality, and maintain kitchen coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in the preparation of makis and assigned products 2. Supervision of the quality of fresh ingredients 3. Constant coordination and organization of supplies Our client is a Nikkei restaurant currently looking for an ITAMAE ASSISTANT to join their team. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Availability to work in SURCO. \- Availability to work on a split shift from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm break). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist in the preparation of makis and other assigned products. \- Supervise the quality of ingredients used, ensuring they are fresh and in optimal condition. \- Maintain constant coordination with immediate supervisors. \- Order and verify kitchen supplies. \- Assist in kitchen cleaning. \- Perform other duties related to the position. **OFFERS:** \- SME payroll registration. \- Fixed salary \+ performance bonuses \+ tips.
