Solid experience with Spring Boot and microservices **Role Overview** We are looking for a ***Senior Java Developer*** responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable, high-performance backend solutions. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, system architecture, and continuous improvement within an agile environment. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot. * Define and implement microservice-based architectures. * Design and integrate secure, efficient REST APIs. * Optimize database queries and management. * Lead technical decisions and development best practices. * Conduct code reviews and mentor team developers. * Manage deployments and production support. * Identify performance, scalability, and security improvements. **Requirements and Skills** * \+5 years of backend development experience with Java. * Solid experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem. * Experience with microservice architectures. * Proficiency in REST APIs and integration patterns. * Experience with SQL databases (optimization and modeling). * Familiarity with version control tools (Git). * Experience with containers (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus). * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus). * Experience working in agile methodologies.
