This is your opportunity to make an impact and rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 09/08/2026 **Location:** Lima \- Lurín Plant **Job Objective:** Perform customization design for customer orders and quotations, product care design tasks, and technical support for manufacturing teams and other global COE teams, ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** **Product Design and Engineering:** develop 3D models, fabrication drawings, and general arrangements, supporting standard design and proposing modifications based on production, quality, and procurement requirements. **Production and Project Support:** provide technical support for planning and execution of orders, production, and assembly, as well as participate in project organization and tracking. **Sales, Service, and Customer Support:** provide technical information and support for proposals, quotations, and after-sales activities, ensuring alignment with each project’s requirements. **Technical Documentation and Data Management:** administer and maintain up-to-date drawings, manuals, part numbers, and other technical documentation in company systems and databases. **Quality and Suppliers:** address technical inquiries and quality deviations, coordinate design updates, and provide supplier support when necessary. **Requirements for Success:** Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, and/or professional degree holder in Mechanical Engineering and/or related disciplines focused on Mechanical Design Engineering. Minimum 1 year of work experience performing similar duties in Mechanical Design Engineering or related fields. Proficiency in 2D drafting tools and 3D CAD modeling (Autodesk Inventor/ANSYS). Knowledge of design using standard machine components and structural steel materials.
