Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create creative assets for social media and digital campaigns, with light video editing to maintain brand visual identity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative design of social media and digital campaign assets. 2. Editing of short videos and simple animations for various platforms. 3. Maintenance of brand identity and visual consistency. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce creative and engaging graphic assets for social media and digital campaigns, who can also perform light video editing to complement graphic content. **What You’ll Do:** * Design social media assets (posts, carousels, stories, banners, infographics, etc.). * Design advertising materials such as posters, flyers, business cards, corporate stationery, banners, catalogs, and ads. * Adapt graphic campaigns to different formats: websites, tablet and mobile designs, Canvas, corporate presentations. * Create visual material for digital advertising. * Edit short videos for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms. * Produce simple text or graphic element animations when required. * Design packaging, labels, and visual materials for textile and other products. * Maintain brand visual identity and consistency across all communication channels. * Follow the brand’s graphic guidelines. **Professional Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or mass consumer goods. * Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (mandatory). * Content creation experience for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.). * Interest in, knowledge of, or strong aesthetic sense for fashion and visual trends. * Availability to work on-site at Emporio de Gamarra (new building). · Punctuality, responsibility, and proactive attitude. **Working Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Emporio Comercial de Gamarra – Lima * Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Excellent working environment (recently implemented). **Benefits:** * Salary: S/1,300 * Two (2) months’ probationary period, followed by formal payroll registration. * Monthly productivity bonus. * Opportunities for professional growth and development (support and promotion for continuous professional training).
