Opportunity for professional growth and development At **FIBRAMAX PERÚ**, a rapidly growing telecommunications company, we are looking for a creative **Junior Graphic Designer** with initiative and proficiency in traditional design tools and artificial intelligence (AI) for creating innovative visual content. Responsibilities: * Design graphic assets for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, printed materials, and other communication channels. * Create visual content using design tools and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize time and enhance creativity. * Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign and communication strategy development. * Adapt designs to various digital formats and platforms. * Support basic photo and video editing for social media. * Propose new visual ideas and trends to strengthen brand identity. * Make adjustments and improvements to designs according to each project’s requirements. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital design tools. * Experience using artificial intelligence tools for image creation, design, or visual content (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar). * Creativity, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. * Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) is preferred.
