Participation in projects across diverse industries **At Radha Consulting**, a talent management consulting firm, we are currently recruiting a **Junior Project Engineer** for our client **COPEINSAC**, an engineering project management company specializing in equipment manufacturing and industrial solution development. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in engineering projects (preferred). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability to work remotely, in workshops, and on-site. * Willingness to travel to **Lurín, Punta Negra, Callao, and Chorrillos**, as required by project needs. Key Responsibilities * Review basic and detailed engineering in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic disciplines. * Prepare drawings, technical specifications, technical files, manuals, and project documentation. * Supervise equipment fabrication in workshops, verifying compliance with approved engineering. * Monitor project progress at construction sites. * Prepare progress reports, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
