Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales representative for a calibration-specialized company with experience in customer service or sales to manage client portfolios and achieve commercial objectives. Portfolio management and customer prospecting A calibration-specialized company is currently looking for an INSIDE SALES representative for its office in San Luis. Requirements  Completed or ongoing basic education, technical and/or university studies.  Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales.  Basic user-level computer skills.  Basic English language proficiency. (Desirable)  Results-oriented mindset  Orientation toward internal and external customers. Responsibilities:  Identify deviations in the Management System or in procedures related to sales process activities.  Support implementation of corrective or preventive actions to address identified deviations.  Report to the Commercial Manager any improvement needs.  Achieve assigned sales targets and goals set by the company for the Commercial Department.  Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by the company.  Conduct and execute customer prospecting as directed by the Commercial Manager.  Follow the established sales process.  Receive customer requests; verify feasibility. \- Issue quotations to customers, with the Commercial Manager's approval (V°B°).  Receive customer authorizations (purchase orders, contracts, emails), validating them against the quotation, among other duties.
