Job Summary: Damero Cafe is seeking a committed Kitchen Assistant to prepare and present cold and hot dishes while maintaining quality and organization in the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Training on our brands and products We are Damero Cafe, currently searching for a committed individual with a desire for professional development to fill the position of: **Kitchen Assistant at Damero Café Restaurant** **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 1 year of experience preparing cold and hot dishes. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with one rotating day off. * Availability to work in Central Lima. **What Challenges Await You?** * Proper preparation and presentation of all types of hot and cold dishes * Verification and maintenance of assigned equipment in proper working condition * Management of ingredient storage and production * Organization of ingredients and utensils required for dish preparation (Mise en Place) * Cleaning and disinfection of your assigned work area. **What Do We Offer?** * Lunch provided by the restaurant. * Training on our brands and products. * Growth opportunities within the gastronomic group. * Formal employment registration (all statutory benefits \- medium-sized enterprise).
