Pleasant working environment and opportunity for growth At Basílica, we are looking for 01 Kitchen Assistant with experience, oriented toward organized, fast, and detail-oriented work, primarily assigned to portioning and ingredient preparation. Main Job Responsibilities: Perform food and ingredient portioning according to specified weights and standards. Support kitchen pre-preparation (mise en place). Maintain order, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of products. Support the kitchen area as required by operational needs. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchens, food production, or food handling. Basic knowledge of portioning, cutting, and food handling. Organized, responsible, fast, and committed individual. Availability to work in teams and under pressure.
