Hello! We are Coqui Castillo Restaurants, a gastronomic holding company comprising two business units: Coqui Castillo and Black Poke. We currently have 6 years of market presence and operate 4 dark kitchens serving the main districts of Metropolitan Lima. We deliver personalized gastronomic experiences, interactive cooking classes, and catering services for events.
