Pollerías San Martin is currently recruiting personnel for the position of kitchen assistant. Main responsibilities: \- Perform kitchen tasks as directed by the chef. \- Prepare dishes according to company requirements. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen and related equipment. \- Unload supplies to the storage area. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in similar positions within restaurants or cafeterias (kitchen operations). \- Efficiency in chopping food and seasoning. \- Strong willingness to learn. \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday (one day off per week).
