Main Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation and cooking. * Perform **mise en place** and preparation of ingredients. * Wash, peel, cut, and portion products according to instructions. * Assist in dish preparation following recipes and established standards. * Keep workstation clean and organized. * Properly wash and disinfect utensils and equipment. * Support during service and various kitchen activities. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Assist in inventory control and proper storage of supplies. Requirements: * Minimum **6 months of kitchen experience**. * Restaurant experience preferred. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Immediate availability.
