




Main Responsibilities · Assist in basic ingredient preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, portioning, etc.). · Maintain cleaning and disinfection of utensils, equipment, and work areas. · Assist the chef in dish preparation and plating. · Verify proper storage of ingredients and raw materials. · Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols. · Collaborate in controlling kitchen inventory.
