KITCHEN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Sort required products and ingredients. Prepare dishes following procedures and operational standards, according to customer specifications. Comply with Good Food Handling Practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Carry out daily production tasks within your assigned area. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants or similar establishments (PREFERRED). Valid or pending health certificate for food handling (MANDATORY). Residence in nearby areas (MANDATORY). Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Positive attitude, commitment, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina.
