Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a responsible and organized Kitchen Assistant with experience in the industry to maintain the kitchen and manage supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen WE ARE A RESTAURANT and require the services of a KITCHEN ASSISTANT with restaurant experience who is responsible, punctual, and organized. **REQUIREMENTS**: · Female or male · Restaurant experience · Knowledge of good food handling practices and other related practices · Residency in nearby areas of San Juan de Miraflores \- MALL DEL SUR **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ability to use kitchen tools, perform cutting tasks, etc. · Perform maintenance of meats and vegetables · Keep the kitchen and kitchen utensils clean and organized · Prepare the weekly purchase list · Conduct inventory of kitchen products · Rotate meats and vegetables **ROTATING WORK SCHEDULE:** · Monday to Sunday – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. \- 10:00 p.m. · One day off per week · Salary: S/ 1,200\.00 per month Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,201\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
