We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the Laboratory Manager the scheduled activities to be carried out in the laboratory and in the field * Verify that laboratory and field tests are conducted in accordance with the currently valid versions of project-specific standards and approved specific procedures. * Execute and monitor construction activities based on laboratory and field tests and trials, to comply with the frequency requirements stipulated in the Project’s technical specifications. * Perform quality control tests on materials and aggregates processed at quarries and sourced from borrow areas, to meet the frequency requirements specified in the technical specifications. * Prepare laboratory and field test records. * Carry out other responsibilities inherent to the position as assigned. * Support implementation of action plans aimed at process improvement. * Monitor process indicators to ensure achievement of organizational objectives. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Completed technical studies * Courses / Certifications: Measurement and testing of laboratory equipment * Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts and/or Waste Management (mandatory) * Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (mandatory) **What do we offer?:** * Social benefits, medical insurance, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity, and recognition. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, opportunities for internal and international mobility, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle habits. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
