Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Nurse to identify risks, implement control measures, and conduct medical examinations, collaborating with the occupational physician. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Nurse 2. Occupational Health training (minimum 360 hours) 3. Experience in Functional Tests **Requirements:** * Licensed nurse, registered and authorized with the Peruvian Nursing Board **(mandatory)**. * Professional Nursing degree awarded by a Peruvian university. * Experience in **Functional Tests**. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Nurse (medical surveillance and EMO). * Submit a documented and updated CV. **Training:** * Specialization course in Occupational Health or Occupational Safety and Health with a minimum duration of 360 hours. * Refresher courses on topics related to occupational health. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am\- 6 pm / Saturdays: 8 am\- 1 pm **Responsibilities:** * Identify and assess occupational risks in the workplace. * Implement control measures to prevent work-related accidents and occupational diseases. * Conduct pre\-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations. * Collaborate with the occupational physician in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Manage medical records of occupational medical examinations. * Explain the purpose and functionality of each test according to job position. * Provide support in addressing observations (follow-up) generated from workers' occupational medical examinations. * Perform administrative tasks such as verifying compliance with scheduling, execution, delivery of results, and archiving of EMO clinical records, to ensure monthly updates of occupational data and records while guaranteeing confidentiality in handling medical information.
