At **GRAFFIX**, we are looking for a **Commercial Leader** with experience in sales and team leadership, results-oriented, and capable of driving the company's commercial growth. What will be your challenge? * Lead, organize, and motivate the sales team. * Set and monitor sales targets. * Design strategies to increase sales and expand the customer portfolio. * Supervise commercial opportunities and sales closures. * Support the team in negotiations and key client interactions. * Analyze sales results and performance indicators. * Train and develop the team. * Acquire new customers and retain the existing portfolio. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure fulfillment of commercial commitments. What are we looking for? * Minimum **2 years of experience in sales and/or commercial management**. * Experience leading or supervising sales teams. * Experience in advertising, merchandising, printing, services, or related industries. * Experience in negotiation, deal closing, and portfolio management. * Proficiency in **Odoo and Microsoft Office**. * Results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving targets. * Leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills. * Proactivity and decision-making ability.
