This position has practical knowledge of warehousing. 70% of responsibilities involve operational activities and 30% involve administrative activities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform warehousing, sorting, recording, and cycle counting tasks with minimal supervision. * Develop physical inventory plans, supervise physical inventories, and report any physical or system errors or discrepancies. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and communicate them to the team leader. * Organize and coordinate shipments to various locations across the country. * Operate electric equipment, including (but not limited to) forklifts — preferred. * Update UPS systems and related systems. * Provide urgent service coverage (7x24 rotating shift). * Perform all other duties inherent to this position. **Requirements:** * Preferably holds technical studies or courses in Administration, Computing, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and warehouse roles. * Knowledge of good warehousing practices. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. **Other Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Grade: 003 * Mode: On-site * Contract: Indefinite-term, with a 3-month probationary period. * Location: Punta Hermosa Office (San Francisco Warehouses, Warehouse F\-14\). * Availability for critical service coverage during and outside regular working hours, including weekends. * Benefits: Transportation allowance, 100% covered EPS Base Plan for employee and dependents, plus shuttle bus service. **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
