Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive professional to manage procurement, warehouse operations, and material inventory for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage quotations and procurement of materials for projects. 2. Control warehouse operations, including material receipts and dispatches, and conduct inventories. 3. Assist in transporting materials to construction sites and maintain a clean warehouse. A construction company developing design, engineering, and construction projects for commercial premises, banks, and offices seeks a professional with the following profile. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education as a minimum. * Age between 20 and 30 years. * Gender: Male * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Driver's license A\-1 (preference for ability to drive manual transmission vehicles). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * High level of commitment, proactivity, strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, adaptability to change, and tolerance for demanding situations. * Immediate availability to start work. * Residence in southern Lima or nearby areas such as Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Source and request quotations from both new and existing suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. * Procure materials for each project. * Manage and control warehouse operations, including material dispatches and receipts. * Store goods appropriately in designated locations or on shelves. * Conduct inventories while keeping system or manual records up to date. * Issue waybills to support transportation of materials and tools. * Load, unload, and relocate materials. * Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. * Inspect tools to manage procurement and/or maintenance activities. * Manage petty cash. * Transport materials to construction sites as required by project needs across various locations in Metropolitan Lima and provincial areas. * Other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Salary: Starting at S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
