Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to participate in a logistics and warehouse process mapping, documentation, and improvement project, including the development of flowcharts and procedures. Development of diagrams, POE/SOPs, and identification of improvements One-month project We are seeking a professional to participate in a logistics and warehouse process mapping, documentation, and improvement project. **Essential Requirements** * **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field graduate or professional.** * Experience in process mapping and analysis. **Experience developing POE/SOPs, instructions, and flowcharts.** Knowledge of AS\-IS / TO\-BE processes and process improvement. * **Experience in logistics operations and warehousing.** * SAP proficiency: mandatory, with hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or materials management processes. * **Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.** * Ability to work on-site and collect information in the field. **Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.** * Willingness to travel occasionally to provinces. **Main Responsibilities** * **On-site process mapping and documentation.** * Development of flowcharts, process maps, and AS\-IS / TO\-BE documentation. **Development and updating of POEs, procedures, instructions, and templates.** Identification of problems, risks, rework, and improvement opportunities. * **Analysis of interaction between operational processes and SAP.** Preparation of reports, matrices, and management indicators. * **Participation in meetings and progress presentations to the client.** * **Preferred Qualifications:** BPA knowledge — **Bizagi, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.** Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement. **Power BI.** * Experience with WMS. **Terms & Conditions** * Duration: 1-month project * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site / field-based * Payment: Honorarium receipt * Travel to provinces: Occasional * Provided: Transportation and lunch.
