Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial companies to plan, supervise, and carry out production and maintenance activities, with a focus on metal structures and welding. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in planning and supervision of industrial production 2. Proficiency in assembly and disassembly of metal structures and machinery 3. Opportunity to innovate and improve processes · Technical education related to metal structures or specialized courses in iron and steel welding is desirable. · Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial companies, planning and supervising production activities. · 3 years of experience performing general maintenance tasks: assembly and disassembly of metal structures, equipment, and machinery in general, using tools such as cutters, drills, saws, and welding machines for manufacturing parts and components. · Willingness to perform fieldwork and operational tasks as required to complete projects within the established timeframe. · Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. · Availability to travel to Huachipa, Lurín, and Metropolitan Lima.
