Position Summary: Ensures efficient management and monitoring of transportation services, guaranteeing prompt and timely assistance to customers and drivers, and resolving operational incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor scheduled transportation services. 2. Handle service requests, assign drivers, and monitor service execution. 3. Resolve operational incidents and maintain up-to-date information. **Operations Advisor – Morning Shift** **Company:** UCAR **Working Hours:** 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site **Position Objective** Manage and monitor scheduled transportation services during the shift, ensuring prompt, orderly, and timely service for customers and drivers. **Main Responsibilities** \* Respond to service requests via WhatsApp and the platform. \* Accurately register and schedule transportation services. \* Assign drivers based on availability, location, and service type. \* Monitor the start, progress, and completion of each service. \* Confirm driver punctuality and keep the customer informed. \* Resolve operational incidents and report relevant cases to the coordinator. \* Maintain updated information on services, drivers, and incidents. \* Hand over the shift in an organized manner to the night operations team. **Required Profile** \* Experience in customer service, operations, call centers, or monitoring. \* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capacity. \* Basic proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Web, and digital tools. \* Availability to work on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Workplace: On-site employment
