Opportunity for growth GUZTAL GRILL "QUALITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE" Recognized in Arequipa for our iconic half-kilo anticuchos and the city's most viral caparinas, Guztal Grill is currently seeking: WAITER/WAITRESS REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum experience in customer service or as a waiter/waitress, preferably in meat and/or grill restaurants. * Responsible, proactive, and committed to one's work. * Positive attitude and strong communication skills. * Immediate availability to start working. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. * Know menu items and preparation times. * Operate the Restaurante.pe system (not mandatory). * Keep tables, stations, and service areas clean. * Assist in the dining room and with customer service. * Perform mise en place. * Conduct inventories. BENEFITS: • Salary: S/ 1,400 + tips. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth. SCHEDULE: • Monday to Sunday: 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. * One day off per week.
