




Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Waiter for banquets at a 5-star hotel, responsible for attending events, preparing venues, and assisting with food and beverage service, reporting to the Maître. Responsible for assembling and disassembling event rooms A 5-star hotel company is looking to add a JUNIOR WAITER professional to its Banquet team: * Technical or university studies in Hotel & Restaurant Management (final cycles). * Incomplete studies in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of customer service, F&B services, dining techniques, and room setup. ***Responsibilities:*** * Efficiently serve all customers hosting events at the hotel. * Verify that the Mise en Place for each event complies with the client's requirements. * Know how to use materials and equipment in your section, as well as techniques for transporting trays, tableware, glassware, and cutlery. * Assemble and disassemble event rooms under the direct supervision of the Maître. * Serve F&B for all events and transport food and beverages according to established procedures. * Report customer feedback regarding service quality and food and beverage quality to the Captain or Maître. * Perform other duties assigned by management. * Rotating schedule * Intermittent ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Meal allowance. * Payment of hotel points.
