Job Summary: Patty Pastelería is seeking enthusiastic and responsible multifunctional customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering a warm experience in our Miraflores and San Isidro stores. At Patty Pastelería — a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience — we’re looking for cheerful, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Multifunctional Customer Service Representatives in our Miraflores and San Isidro stores. And if you have prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, we’re also looking for you! We offer leadership growth opportunities to manage one of our locations. What will you do? \- Deliver warm customer service in-store, via delivery, and through apps. \- Process payments, perform cash reconciliation, and operate POS systems. \- Restock and display our products in the showcase. \- Prepare coffee and cold beverages. \- Maintain store order, cleanliness, and good operational practices. What we’re looking for in you: \- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (in restaurants, cafés, or bakeries). \- Positive attitude, proactivity, honesty, and commitment. \- Knowledge of BPM and basic Excel skills. (If you’ve previously served as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, we’ll value that experience for leadership roles within Patty.) We offer: \- Fixed schedule: Full-time (48 hours/week, 11:30 am – 8:30 pm). \- Salary: S/ 1,250 – S/ 1,350 \+ sales bonuses \+ PYME payroll benefits (annual bonus, CTS, vacation, overtime pay). \- Additional mobility allowance (for San Isidro location). \- 30% discount on our products. \- Opportunity for professional growth in a warm and family-like environment.
