Supportive team culture and flexibility to adapt to operations **DUAL Barra Café** is an original Criollo-Mediterranean concept with three locations in Lima. We are looking to bring on board at our **San Isidro** location (a corporate-profile café-bistro) a **multifunctional individual**: someone who enjoys both front-of-house service and specialty coffee preparation, and who moves comfortably between both domains. Important: This is NOT a barista-only or waiter-only position. We seek someone who embraces versatility and understands that, in a café-bistro, you serve, sell, and prepare. If you wish to work exclusively behind the espresso machine, this role is not for you. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * **Front-of-house service**: greet guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure a warm and efficient experience for corporate clients. * **Specialty coffee preparation** (espresso, brewing methods, bar drinks), according to our standards. * Upselling: know the menu and recommend items to elevate the customer experience. * Cash handling, POS operation, and payment processing. * Mise en place, organization, and cleaning of your area (dining room and bar). * Supporting the team during peak demand periods. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * **Proven experience** in customer service at restaurants or cafés (minimum 1 year). * **Knowledge of specialty coffee** (espresso and brewing methods), or genuine willingness to learn quickly. * **Multifunctional attitude:** you enjoy moving between dining room and bar, and do not confine yourself to a single task. * Customer- and sales-oriented: you understand that excellent service and strong business performance go hand in hand. * Availability for **mixed shifts according to operational needs** (morning/afternoon, including rotating weekends). * **Willingness to support other locations as needed:** your primary workplace will be San Isidro, but we value individuals who can provide occasional support at our other locations when operations require it. We seek team players—not individuals limited to one single site. * Organized, punctual, and professional in appearance.
