Join the specialized team of the Hematology Center of Peru. **REGISTERED NURSE – JESÚS MARÍA** We are looking for a **Registered Nurse** with a service-oriented vocation, empathy, and professional commitment to join the specialized team of the **Hematology Center of Peru**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (licensed and registered with the nursing board). *Mandatory*. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * **Skills:** Strong empathy, patience, responsibility, and excellent patient interaction skills, with ability and sensitivity to handle elderly and pediatric patients. * **Location:** Residency in Jesús María or neighboring districts is preferred. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform clinical duties related to comprehensive patient care and follow-up at the center (80% of working hours). * Assist with data recording, inventory control, and administrative tasks within the nursing department (20% of working hours). * Monitor vital signs and assist in procedures specific to the specialty. * Ensure strict compliance with biosafety and hygiene protocols. **WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS:** * **Working hours:** 150 hours per month (moderate workload). * **Center operating hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:** * **Employment modality:** First 3 months under Honorarium Receipt (RxH); thereafter, transition to MYPE payroll. * Moderate and balanced workload. * Opportunity for professional development in a highly specialized clinic. * Excellent work climate and a dynamic, instructive work environment.
