We are currently in a growth and expansion phase and seek to incorporate talent for our brand Tumico — a Peruvian gastronomic concept specializing in soft-serve ice cream, desserts, and beverages, aiming to offer high-quality products and distinctive experiences to our customers. **Job Description** As a Multifunctional Operator, you will join the team responsible for preparing, presenting, and delivering Tumico Soft Ice Cream & Tumiyakis products, providing friendly, agile, and efficient service to our customers. This is a multifunctional and versatile position; therefore, you must be trained to perform across various operational stations and functions at Tumico, including Cold and Hot stations, and, when required, Tumico Cafés & Specialties functions. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, assemble, and present products according to recipes, procedures, portion sizes, and established standards. * Operate assigned station equipment and utensils correctly. * Serve and guide customers in a friendly and efficient manner. * Receive, register, and confirm customer orders, including cash handling when assigned cashier duties. * Suggest additional products, complements, or add-ons as appropriate. * Prepare and deliver orders completely, accurately, and promptly. * Verify product quality, presentation, condition, and order accuracy before delivery. * Maintain your station fully stocked, organized, and clean during operations. * Support other stations or functions as required. **Requirements** * Education or studies related to gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, food and beverages, or related fields will be valued. * Formal professional education is not mandatory if the candidate possesses the necessary competencies and willingness to perform the role. * Prior experience in customer service, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlors, dessert shops, or gastronomic establishments will be valued. * Desired knowledge includes food handling and hygiene, customer service, food and gastronomic product preparation, basic use of gastronomic equipment, and good cleaning and organization practices. **We seek individuals with** * Customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Ability to perform well under pressure. * Organization, speed, and efficiency. * Attention to detail. * Capacity for learning and adaptation. * Responsibility and commitment. **Vacancies and Conditions** Full Time: 4 vacancies * Shift: 8 hours * Remuneration: S/ 1,300 monthly Part Time: 1 vacancy * Shift: 4 hours * Remuneration: S/ 650 monthly Work Location: Miraflores, Lima Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Day Off: Monday Start Date: Immediate availability Hiring: Payroll employment **We Offer** * Training on our products, processes, and standards. * Opportunity for professional learning and development. * Join a growing Peruvian gastronomic brand. * Dynamic and team-oriented work environment. * Discounts on products from our brands.
