Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationally and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for an **Operations Analyst** for its office in **San Miguel, Lima.** What are the main responsibilities? * Consolidate operational data from the general system. * Prepare management indicator reports. * Monitor compliance with operational KPIs and service levels. * Analyze operational trends, incidents, and deviations. * Monitor service quality indicators and customer satisfaction. * Generate dashboards and executive presentations for management. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and post-sales support processes. * Maintain updated databases and management historical records. What are we looking for? * Students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, database management, indicator tracking, and dashboard creation. * Service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
