Implements improvement plans and trains staff **Operations and Quality Supervisor** **\- MOTUPE** **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\. Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. 2\. Knowledge of quality regulations including ISO 9001, HACCP, PGH, and control and analysis methods. 3\. Familiarity with quality documentation management and reporting. 4\. Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to this position. 5\. Strong customer service and sales orientation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Quality Supervision and Control** 1\. Ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulations at all stages of the production process. 2\. Conduct periodic inspections and audits to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement. 3\. Guarantee proper application of quality controls for raw materials, processes, and finished products. 4\. Detect, analyze, and manage non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. 5\. Implement improvement plans to reduce defects and optimize process efficiency. 6\. Monitor corrective actions and verify their effectiveness. 7\. Train staff on quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety standards. 8\. Promote a quality culture through training and reinforcement of good operational practices. **Coordination with Related Departments** 9\. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure quality standards across all processes. 10\. Coordinate with Product Development to evaluate and validate new materials and inputs. 11\. Report findings and improvement suggestions to Management. **Implementation and Evaluation of Quality Indicators** 12\. Ensure correct implementation and compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, PGH, or other applicable regulations. 13\. Supervise documentation and updating of quality procedures and records. 14\. Support internal and external audits, ensuring availability of required information. 15\. Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 16\. Present periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimization suggestions. 17\.
