Manage staff performance and administrative relationships Grupo Tomonorte is seeking top talent to fill the Operations Coordinator position, requiring the following profile: What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related fields. * Availability to work Monday through Friday | Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Ability to lead and manage staff. * Address: Calle Colombia 109, Urb. El Recreo. What will be your responsibilities? * Direct and control key operational area processes to ensure proper execution. * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor company operations across all locations. * Address, track, and ensure timely fulfillment of requests from operational areas. * Manage administrative relationships with external professionals, including sending reports, receiving payment receipts, and coordinating payments. * Prepare and submit weekly sales reports from all locations to management. * Monitor complaint, re-evaluation, and after-sales indicators, presenting results and improvement proposals during periodic meetings. * Directly supervise key departments, managing staff performance, scheduling, and addressing their requests.
