A leading Peruvian company engaged in the importation and commercialization of home and industrial products, with over 24 years in the market, is currently seeking an Operations and Logistics Supervisor with experience managing work teams and delivery processes, as well as service provision, in accordance with the required profile.
The Operations Supervisor is a professional experienced in operational planning, delivery route scheduling, installation services, risk control, and contingency management. The role requires leading and supervising operational teams, coordinating with sales and management, ensuring proper documentation for billing and collections, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction through process, timing, and service quality control.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Age between 25 and 40 years.
* Gender: Female or Male.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the requested area, in supervisory roles.
* Knowledge of planning, direction, and control in team management, with leadership ability.
* Responsibility and sound judgment at all levels.
* Vocation and experience in resolving critical situations.
* Education in Administration and/or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's degree).
* Knowledge of handling waybills, invoices, and other administrative documents.
* Experience interacting with logistics personnel from different companies and/or end customers.
* Availability to maintain contact outside regular working hours.
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* **Must reside in:** Lince, San Luis, La Victoria, Breña; San Miguel; Lima; Pueblo Libre; Jesús María; San Borja; Magdalena; Surquillo; or areas very close to the company.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop, validate, and implement work plans and programs.
* Design and maintain contingency plans for delivery or installation service disruptions.
* Administer and control associated risks and deviations from original planning.
* Issue and schedule delivery routes for products to our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Schedule and provide installation services (carpets, blinds, curtains, laminated flooring, and other products commercialized by the company).
* Participate, as required, in various meetings necessary to achieve expected sales targets.
* Directly liaise with management and stay informed about issues arising among subordinates.
* Coordinate with sales staff on various aspects related to product delivery or service provision, and others.
* Weekly and monthly reports detailing collections performed.
* Daily, weekly, and other reports on services rendered.
* Supervision of drivers responsible for product deliveries (waybills and invoices must include recipient's signature and name).
* Coordinate with sales staff on delivery documents (invoices, waybills, contracts, etc.).
* Oversee project execution and final delivery to the customer.
* Handle internal and external conflicts diplomatically.
* Procure EPPs (Personal Protective Equipment) as requested.
* Responsible for timely reporting, per requirements, of necessary information for billing.

**WORK SCHEDULE:**
* Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM.
