Perform essential functions in food production NGR, the gastronomic holding of the Intercorp Group, manages 6 business units: Bembos, China Wok, Don Belisario, Dunkin, Papa Johns, and Popeyes. Requirements: Minimum 3 months of experience in food plant production (Mandatory) Availability to work rotating shifts (7 a.m. to 4 p.m. / 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.) Availability to work overtime. Availability to work in the ATE district (residing in nearby areas). Responsibilities: Prepare pizza dough according to production instructions. Load flour sacks for sifting (sieving) and mixing. Shape and divide dough into portions (balling). Wash, disinfect, and dry trays. Keep production equipment clean and disinfected. Monitor and record daily production output. Strictly comply with safety standards and food quality and safety regulations. Other duties related to the position.
