Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Pastry Assistant skilled in equipment operation, recipe preparation, storage, and cleaning for a healthy food restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Correct use of machinery and fault detection 2. Precise preparation according to Limaná recipe 3. Strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation guidelines Use machinery correctly for various cutting tasks and ingredient extraction, and detect faults in used equipment; request maintenance as needed. Follow the functional schedule assigned by your supervisor. Prepare items precisely according to the Limaná recipe. Store pre-prepared products correctly, following established procedures. Perform cleaning of production areas in accordance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients to be used and submit corresponding requisitions as needed. Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation guidelines during preparation.
