We are currently seeking a **Payroll Analyst** who wishes to join our Human Resources team. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Analyst. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Proficiency in T\-Registro, PLAME, and AFP Net. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in payroll preparation, social benefits calculation, and personnel administration processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and process the monthly payroll. * Calculate social benefits, CTS, bonuses, vacations, and severance payments. * Administer T\-Registro, PLAME, AFP Net, and other labor-related processes. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications. * Prepare payroll-related reports and performance indicators. * Provide support during audits and labor-related requests. **Benefits** * Salary of **S/ 2,200 /2400**. * KPI achievement bonus. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Bi-weekly payments. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for growth and professional development. **Location and Schedule** **Modality:** On-site. **Office:** Miraflores – Lima. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Apply now and become part of Pacific Trade!
