Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to acquire and retain customers, promote enrollment in Private Pension Plans, and provide advisory services on financial products. Key Highlights: 1. Acquire customers and promote the enrollment in Private Pension Plans 2. Provide advisory services on financial and investment products 3. Retain and develop your customer portfolio Your Main Challenges: * Acquire customers and promote the enrollment in Private Pension Plans. * Provide advisory services on financial and investment products. * Retain and develop your customer portfolio. * Achieve sales targets and commercial performance indicators. * Conduct follow-ups with your customers and manage commercial activities. Requirements: * Completed or incomplete technical or university education. * 2 years of experience in selling intangible products, preferably investment-related. * Desired experience in insurance companies, AFPs, banking, or financial institutions. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Knowledge of consultative selling and financial analysis. * Desired knowledge of Financial Statements and CRM systems.
