Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a production operator \- Basic culinary knowledge (chopping, seasoning, and roasting meats and vegetables). \- Availability to work in LURIN at KM 29.5 of the new Southern Pan-American Highway, with reference points being the VIDU Bridge, Club Universitario de Deportes (CAMPOMAR), or MEGACENTRO. Responsibilities: \- Apply good practices in food handling, storage, and preparation \- Produce food in specified quantities \- Assist in preparation, kitchen testing, and product manufacturing \- Fulfill orders according to established standards.
